Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How should I store my dog treats?

The best type of container for room temperature storage is a traditional cookie jar or other type of glass or ceramic jar, with a loose fitting lid. Or of course, any type of container that is specifically made for dog treats/biscuits. You can also place biscuits in an open, cardboard box or an unsealed plastic bag, open to the air. Biscuits stored properly, should keep 3 weeks or more. They may also be refrigerated and frozen. Since your personalized dog biscuits contain no preservatives, be sure to check for mold before serving.

Are your treats ok for puppies?

Yes, they are great for puppies. You can even break them into smaller pieces and they will last longer. The Blueberry Carrot treats are the softest if you are worried about those puppy teeth.

Can I freeze the treats? If so, how long?

Yes you can freeze them. I have kept them frozen for up to two months with no problems. I suspect they would last even longer.

Do you take special orders for different sizes or shapes?

Yes, within reason. If you have a special request, please contact us to discuss further. We’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you make cat treats?

Currently, we do not make cat treats.
